About Maikel Thijssen

Working and living in Amsterdam, Maikel Thijssen is a creative mind that was educated  at the HKU in Utrecht. 

20 years ago he discovered photography as a different and appealing way of expressing his creativity and has been focussing on this ever since. 

Maikel is a commercial freelance photographer who combines technical skills with style and feeling.

Working closely together with clients to create beautiful images while keeping true to his own vision is one of the things that set Maikel’s work apart from the rest.
